RYAN HUTCHISON

Leadership for San Bernardino County

Ryan Hutchison is a fourth-generation resident of the Inland Empire. Ryan attended Citrus College, Chaffey College, and then graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus on accounting and finance from Claremont McKenna College in 2009.

In 2004, Ryan became a Realtor and is currently a successful real estate broker in the Inland Empire. In 2017, he started a construction management company that he operates as Chief Financial Officer. That company is now a multimillion-dollar enterprise that has created hundreds of jobs throughout the Inland Empire.

In 2018, Ryan was elected to serve on the Rancho Cucamonga City Council and the Fire Protection District Board of Directors. Since being elected, he has overseen and maintained a balanced budget of over $300,000,000.00 while also overseeing the annual audit to ensure fiscal accountability. Additionally, Ryan is responsible for the financial oversight of over half a billion dollars in investments for the city and the fire protection district. Ryan’s fiscal leadership has helped the city increase its bond rating from AA to AA+, saving taxpayers for years to come. Ryan has grown the reserve budget by over 10,000,000.00 dollars while expanding public safety resources. The city has done all this without raising taxes on residents.

Ryan lives in Rancho Cucamonga and is married to his wife, Kimberly. Together, they have one daughter and one rescue dog. Ryan is running for San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller / Treasurer / Tax Collector to ensure fiscal responsibility, transparency, and accountability.
